Taiwan Tech Campus

National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST) also known as Taiwan Tech, was established in 1974. It was the first university of its kind in the country and has a history of focussing on academic excellence, industry connections and international collaboration. NTUST promotes social and environmental sustainability in both education and research. The university has gained recognition for its contributions to the University Social Responsibility (USR) initiatives, reflecting its commitment to addressing global challenges through education and research.

Research Focuses

Taiwan Tech has six featured research centres which receiving special funding from the Ministry of Education Taiwan.

International Collaboration

Taiwan Tech has over 600 formal cooperation agreements, half of those is with regional universities (Asia) and the other half are with international universities. Notable partners include TU9 (Germany), Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember and Institut Teknologi Bandung (Indonesia). These robust collaborations include personnel exchange, dual degree programs, laboratory visits, and joint research funding.
