Conference Venue and Accommodation information:

We would like to enhance the attendance at our annual Congress, and to facilitate this, we offer free attendance, covering all fees at the Congress, including accommodation and ground transport for one representative per institution. We encourage you to bring other academics and staff to contribute and enjoy the Congress. Please note that there is no fee for WTUN members to attend the Congress; however, the travelling and accommodation costs of additional delegates will be the responsibility of the member’s institution.

Songkhla 19 – 22 October

WTUC 2025 Delegates will stay at  Laguna Grand Hotel & Spa Songkhla which is a 10-15 drive from the conference venues at Thaksin University’s campus.

Accommodation costs: The cost of rooms at Laguna Grand Hotel & Spa is 1,450THB per room per night including breakfast. Please note, this is a negotiated fee for WTUC2025 and therefore reservations should be made via hosts Thaksin University.
