Mr Arulmozhi K

K. Arulmozhi is an assistant professor at Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science, Chennai, India since 2016 from Aeronautical Department, Avionics division.

Mr Xia Sheng Lee

Bruce Lee Xia Sheng is a technology enthusiast and researcher that continually explores new ideas and challenges related to Industrial Revolution 4.0 for the built environment. He is currently working as assistant professor and BIM instructor at The School of Energy, Geoscience, Infrastructure and Society, Heriot-Watt University Malaysia. He previously worked as a lecturer and BIM Lead for the School of Built Environment, University of Reading Malaysia. He was also a civil engineer for 4 years working with both civil and structure consultant and contractor firms. As an eLearning enthusiast, he started and led 2 Massive Open Online Course (MOOCs) – ‘Building Information Modelling 101 and 202’ in Openlearning with more than 7300 students, participated by mostly practicing professionals in the construction industry. He is developing a new pedagogical approach – Experience Synchronization for rapid upskilling and reskilling, integrating Building Information Modelling (BIM), Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). He is also a Human Resources Development Berhad certified trainer focus on digital construction.

Professor Lisa Philipps

Professor Lisa Philipps is the Provost & Vice-President Academic of York University. She provides leadership to the senior academic administrative team in the areas of academic planning, institutional change management, the alignment of academic priorities and resources, and strategic enrolment and complement planning. Current initiatives focus on institutional priorities around academic quality, the student experience and student success, community engagement, financial sustainability and the engagement of the York community. On faculty at Osgoode Hall Law School since 1996, Professor Philipps has published widely on topics in tax law.

Dr Vallikannu Alagappan

Vallikannu Alagappan., received the A.M.I.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Institution of Engineers, Kolkatta, India and the M.E in Applied Electronics from Anna University (Chennai) in 1999 and 2005 respectively. She is an University Rank holder in PG. She received the Ph.D. degree in Electronics Engineering from the Hindustan University, Chennai in 2016. She joined department of ECE, Hindustan College of Engineering in 2002, since then she has been associated with them as academic faculty, currently as Associate Professor and Head of Department of ECE, School of Electrical Science, Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science (Former Hindustan College of Engineering), Chennai. Prior to which she worked in Biomedical industry as Lead service engineer. She has consulted for Wilma Communications for antenna design. She has a total teaching experience of 20 years. Vallikannu’s research broadly spans Energy optimization in MANETs with current interests in the antenna design for autonomous cars, IIoT and Predictive maintenance, Wireless Embedded System design. Currently, she is investigating the Wireless Embedded Systems and IoT. She has to her credit more than 50 publications in reputed Journals and Conferences. Vallikannu is a member of the IEEE, The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) International Professional Societies., Institution of Engineers (India), the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE). She is a Jury member of All IEEE Young Engineers’ Humanitarian Challenge, IEEE Asia Pacific Region. She received Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam Award for Innovative Research from SEEE society in 2016.

Miss Akhila Rachel James

Akhila Rachel James, currently pursuing her Ph.D. in “Identifying the master regulation of EGFR in breast cancer and targeted drug designing” in the department of Biotechnology, Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science, Chennai, India. She did her Bachelors and Masters degree in Plant Biology and Biotechnology from Madras Christian College, Chennai, India. She is awarded with the prestigious “Joel Christopher Medal” for her contribution in Ecology. Her research work was also chosen as the best paper in “International conference on Recent Trends in Bio-Nano Technology, Energy and Environment”. In 2020, she has published three research articles related to lung cancer, breast cancer and their gene expression studies in renowned international journals. Her research interest includes Phytochemical studies and their application in drug discovery as well as Genomics.

Ms Ariya SS

Ariya S.S is a Ph.D. Research scholar working on “Identification of master regulators in oral cancer and designing phytochemical based anticancer drugs” at the Department of Biotechnology, Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science, Chennai, India. She is a two time first rank holder and gold medalist in Bioinformatics during her Bachelors and Masters Degree from Bharathiar University, India and Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, India. She is basically a Bioinformatician with profound knowledge in drug discovery and NGS techniques. Her research interest also includes microbiomics, genomics, proteomics and development of software to solve biological problems. She has published eight different research papers in renowned journals and presented her research work in three international conferences and four national conferences. Being awarded with ‘Mahoff’, She was also chosen and presented as ‘Young Scientist’ by Society of Pharmaceutical Education and Research.
