Dr Karin Christiansen

Since July 2015 Karin has held a position as docent (Professor)and head of research at the Centre for Health Technology at the Faculty of Health, VIA University College in Denmark.
Before that she held positions at the Centre for Health, Humanity and Culture, Department of Philosophy, Aarhus University. Karin is a philosopher by background and has written on the moral implications of predictive (genetic) medicine, Genome editing and genetics and surrogacy. She has recently published in the area of telemedicine.
