Dr. Mullika Sungsanit is a lecturer at Suranaree University of Technology (Thailand), the head of the center of excellence for entrepreneurship, chief of the Student Entrepreneurship Development Academy (SEDA), and an InfoDev-WorldBank consultant and certified trainer. Dr. Mullika was also the former manager of SUT business incubator and SUT Intellectual Properties Management Office. She has more than 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship development. Currently, she is one of the members of the WTUN work stream on Innovation and Entrepreneurship promoting collaboration in the research and activities among member universities including Coventry University. Dr. Mullika has developed many activities to promote and support entrepreneurship development for students in SUT and for other universities in Thailand. The activities and initiatives developed, e.g., SUT Hackathons, SUT Startup Camps, Service Design, Design Thinking Workshops. Moreover, Dr. Mullika had also developed and delivered the training program for Women Entrepreneurs in the Mekong (Mekong Women Entrepreneurship Challenge Program: MWEC Program); i.e., Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia, the Caribbean (Women Innovator Network in Caribbean: WINC, the GyB (Grow your Business Program), and Nepal (Napal Agri-Food Business Growth Program). Dr. Mullika hold a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from University of Minnesota (USA.), and MBA. In Human Resource Management (USA.). As a lecturer and researcher, Dr. Mullika has been teaching, supervising master and Ph.D. students, and researching around HR development and entrepreneurship for more than 15 years.
