Dr Sionade Robinson

Vice-President (Enterprise, Engagement and Employability)
City, University London

Dr Sionade Robinson, an alumna of City University, joined Bayes (formerly Cass) Business School in 2010 as Course Director for the Full Time MBA Programme. Prior to her academic role, she excelled as a management consultant, specialising in enhancing financial performance by understanding client value, demonstrating it through behaviours, and measuring progress. Starting with The Forum Corporation, she contributed to strategy implementation for clients like British Airways and BBC. After working with Celerant and founding her own firm, she advised top companies on service excellence and customer relations strategy. Her book “Customer Loyalty: A Guide for Time Travellers” was published in 2005. Over a decade at Bayes, Sionade became Associate Dean, leading the MBA Programme, introducing innovations, and creating the MBA London Symposium.

Her sabbatical research delved into exploration, new value creation, and an Explorer’s Mindset. She actively practices this mindset, embarking on expeditions with students and colleagues. Affiliated with the Centre for Innovation and Disruption and a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, she now serves as Vice-President overseeing Enterprise, Engagement and Employability at City, University of London.
