Dr.V.CERONMANI SHARMILA Associate Professor & Head – Department of Information Technology, India since May 2018, is a Motivating and talented Professor, driven to inspire students to pursue academic and personal excellence. Consistently strive to create a challenging and engaging learning environment in which students become lifelong scholars and learners. Exceptional track record of research success with around 50 published articles in peer reviewed journals. Area of expertise is Cyber Security, Computer Networks (Mobile Ad Hoc and Sensor Networks), Applications of Graph Theory, Image Processing, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things (IoT) and Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI). Received National Level “Best Faculty award of the year 2017” under the category Evangelizing and Contributing to spread knowledge, across several institutions for the contributions in academia from Computer Society of India (CSI), Received National Level “Best Cyber Security Education Institution Award of the year 2017” from the Data Security Council of India (DSCI), Received Encouragement Award from Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science in the year 2017 and Received CLN Promotional Award from IET Professional Society in the year 2014.
