Since joining Shibaura Institute of Technology in April 2021, he began his career in the Student Affairs Section, where he managed the IGP, an all-English-taught undergraduate program introduced in fall 2020; the program has since seen a marked increase in applicants.
From October 2022, he moved to the Graduate School Section, where he focused on the double degree program with overseas institutions. Having been involved with the program since its very first year, he maintained close communication with partner institutions and helped produce many double degree graduates.
In April 2024, he joined the Office of International Services, where he handled inter-university agreements, the operation of student mobility programs, and the university’s overseas networks, including WTUN and ATU-Net.
From September 2024 to March 2026, he served as the first-ever Representative of the SIT ASEAN Satellite Office in Bangkok, Thailand, where he was dedicated to recruiting degree-seeking international students on the ground in Southeast Asia. Through this work, he contributed to the university’s goal of doubling the number of degree-seeking international students by its 100th anniversary of establishment in 2027.
Since April 2026, he has been back in the Global Initiative Section, where he continues to contribute to the university’s international initiatives.
