Professor Dr. Jessica Stemann

Jessica Stemann is a Professor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing at Hamm‑Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences. Before joining HSHL, she served as Office Director of Siemens Information and Communication Users e.V., where she coordinated strategic member activities and represented the organization at executive level and founded a service-sector SME, SICUS GmbH.

She brings international teaching experience, including work as a Flying Faculty member. Her academic background in International Business Studies — including a one‑year study period in Spain — shapes her international perspective.

She contributes to the International project INFUSE – International Network for Future Universal Skills Education, promoting Future Skills and innovative learning formats. She is currently designing the International Business degree program with integrated Future Skills modules and regularly speaks at international conferences.
