Welcome to WTUC3

This session will be the official Welcome to the third World Technology Universities Congress and will be hosted at IIT Madras.

A senior leader from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras will welcome delegates to India before Professor Brian Cantor, Chair, WTUN, will welcome members and guests to the Congress and share the vision and context of this innovative global network.
