Miss Hadia Salim Kombo

I am Internal Audit Manager of the Zanzibar Roads Fund since 2015, before I was a Chief Internal Auditor for one year at the same organization. And three years before I was an Acting Chief Internal Auditor of the Ministry of Finance and Planning. I received Master degree of economic and Finance for Development from University of Mzumbe Tanzania collaborate with Bradford University seven years ago and my research based on Development Aid. In 2008 I awarded the Bachelor Degree of Business Administration Finance and Account from Zanzibar University, and Postgraduate Diploma in Account at the Institute of Accountancy Arusha-Tanzania in 2010. Currently I am a Board Member of the Institute of Internal Auditor Tanzania. A member of Audit Committee of the State University of Zanzibar and a member of Audit Committee of the Controller and Auditor General of Zanzibar.

Associate Professor Worawat Meevasana

Assoc. Prof. Worawat Meevasana has received his Ph.D. in physics from Stanford University. He has been a faculty member at School of Physics, Suranaree University of Technology since 2010 and was the dean at the Institute of Science during 2017-2021. His interests are on exploring the quantum states of advanced materials, using synchrotron radiation techniques and quantum technologies in general. Some of the applications from understanding these states are on quantum sensors and energy storages (e.g. supercapacitors and batteries). He has published over 60 papers in high impact journals (e.g. nature materials, applied physics reviews, nano letters and physical review letters) with approximately 4000 citations. Recently he has also been helping Thailand by applying his knowledge in energy storages to the communities in national parks, farms, industrial factories and household applications.

Dr Kzysztof Paluch

Krzysztof J. Paluch is an Assoc. Prof. in Medicines Development and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Director of Postgraduate Studies and Dep. Assoc. Dean of Research and Innovation in Faculty of Life Sciences, University of Bradford.

Krzysztof is a pharmacist with a particular interest in pharmaceutical technology, pharmaceutical sciences (PhD, Trinity College Dublin, 2011) and project management (Assoc. Project Manager). His research interests focus on synthesis, physicochemical and biopharmaceutical characterisation of drugs particularly pro-antibiotics and pro-antioxidants. Krzysztof has expertise in screening and characterisation of novel salts, co-crystals and characterization of amorphous forms. Process technologies applied in his research group comprise; production of nanoparticles, spray drying, freeze-drying, hot-melt extrusion, tableting and others. Krzysztof has supervised 8 PhD students. In his role of the Director of Postgraduate Studies In the faculty of Life Sciences he oversees wellbeing and successful progression of PhD Students in Schools of Pharmacy and Medical Sciences, Chemistry and Biosciences, Optometry and Vision Sciences and Archaeology and Forensic Sciences. As Dep. Assoc. Dean of Research and Innovation, Krzysztof has shared responsibility for the development and delivery of the Faculty’s Research and Innovation strategy promoting interdisciplinary themes of: Interface of Chemistry, Biology and Materials, The Life Course, Computational and Data-driven Science and, Health Society People and Place.

Dr Tarworn Ruttithiwapanich

Tarworn Ruttithiwapanich is a researcher of National center for genetic engineering and biotechnology. He received his Ph.D. in chemical engineering from King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT).

Mr Maxwell Adarkwa Quaquah

Mr. Maxwell Quaquah is a Lecturer at the Energy Systems Department of the Koforidua Technical University. He holds a MSc and BSc. in Petroleum Engineering. He joined the Koforidua Technical University in 2016 and is research interest are in optimisation, reservoir simulation and enhanced oil recovery. He is a member of the Society of Petroelum ENgineers (SPE) and Society of Exploration Geophysicist.
